The Kaleido Box is the medicine organization and delivery service offered by Kaleido Health. Put simply, it is your customized pill box.

Based on the prescription from your doctor (that you provide to us), our pharmacist organizes your medicines into clearly labeled packets that have your name, date and time of medicine consumption, and the list of medicines, into the Kaleido Box.

The Kaleido Box is then delivered to your home by one of our delivery agents or delivery partners.

The Kaleido Box service is free for the first month, and Rs. 200 per month thereafter. Our service fee only covers the cost of packaging and delivery.

Yes, Kaleido Health is a licensed medical store/pharmacy in Kochi, Kerala.

We have the necessary licenses to sell, stock or exhibit (or offer) for sale, or distribute a selected set of allopathic/english medicines specified under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945.

We provide 100% authentic medicines from well-reputed pharmaceutical companies.

After you register with us, we handle the rest. Our pharmacist will organize your medicines and get it delivered to your door-step. After that, we’ll proactively manage the re-fills that you require every month.

Yes, you can register or sign up someone for whom you provide care, using our standard registration process. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about the sign-up process.

When you refer a friend, they receive flat 15% off on their first order. In addition, you will get flat 15% off on your next order with us. It’s a win-win proposition for you and your friend.

When you use the Kaleido Box pharmacy service, we ensure that you will always receive authentic, high-quality medicines from well-regarded manufacturers (as per your doctors prescription). Our invoice/bill will always contain the Batch Numbers and Expiry Dates of the medicines packed into the Kaleido Box.

If you have any questions about the authenticity or expiry dates of any medicines that we provide, feel free to give us a call.

As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, which govern the functioning of medical stores/pharamcies in India, we are required to verify and record the original prescription written by the doctor prior to selling medicines to you. All you need to do is send us your original prescription, we’ll take care of the rest.

Give us a call (or send us a picture of your new prescription) and we will take care of the rest. If your new medicine set should start right away, we’ll send you an interim supply till your next Kaleido Box arrives. If it is not urgent, we’ll wait till your next Kaleido Box shipment to start your new medicine set.

We can work with all your doctors and coordinate your medicines. Send us or upload all your medicines, we’ll contact your doctors if we have any questions about your medicines.

We do our best to adhere to the prescription written by the doctor. We strive to be fully-aligned with customer preferences. If a particular medicine is unavailable, we’ll always consult the customer and/or their doctor before making any changes to the prescription.

Yes, we can include vitamins, supplements, or any other OTC medicines in your Kaleido Box. If you let us know how you typically take your supplements, we’ll organize them into the appropriate sachets.

Yes, we dispense inhalers, creams, injectables, and other pharmacy items. We also deliver items like insulin, that need to refrigerated.

Medicines that are to be used when required can be sent to you in traditional blister packs along with your Kaleido Box shipments. If you let us know approximately how many you consume each month, we’ll manage your supplies appropriately.

We offer the best possible rates for the medicines that you purchase from us. We offer up to 15% off on branded and generic prescription medicines, over the counter medicines, vitamins and other pharmacy supplies.

At present, our delivery agents accept cash on delivery or payment via Paytm on delivery. We are flexible, we’ll work with you to figure out a payment method that works best for you.

There is no long-term commitment to using the Kaleido Box service. If you are not happy with the service or would like to switch for any reason, you just need to let us know.

We organize your medicines into the Kaleido Box as per your doctors prescription and have our delivery agent deliver the Kaleido Box to your preferred location.

Currently, we have a on-the-ground delivery network in Cochin. For shipments to other areas, we use one of our delivery partners to make deliveries to you.

We will send you a message or give you a call before we (or our delivery partners) step out to deliver your Kaleido Box shipment.

Typically, you will receive a new Kaleido Box shipment every month. Our first shipment usually takes a day or two, but thereafter, we manage your refills and ensure that you don’t miss a single medication dose.

Each Kaleido Box is organized/packed by a registered pharmacist. Each sachet is checked by one other person to ensure that there aren’t any packaging errors.

In addition to this precaution, we keep image records of each of the sachets that go into the Kaleido Box to ensure that there haven’t been any medication errors. Our pharmacists are involved in every step of the medication packing and verification process.
