If you believe that your Kaleido Box has been tampered with, you should contact us immediately via phone at +91 99958 23539 or email us at email@example.com. We keep images of each Kaleido Box that leaves our pharmacy, so we’ll be able to determine if your Kaleido Box has been tampered with.
If you have an adverse reaction to a medication, we recommend that you inform your treating doctor/physician. If you give us a call, a Kaleido Health pharmacist will do a full clinical assessment and recommend a course of action to prevent future adverse reactions.
We take medication organization, packing and verification very seriously. We have setup a system that includes multiple pharmacist check-points to ensure that your medications are organized/packed correctly. We review each sachet and keep pre and post packaging images of each Kaleido Box that leaves our pharmacy.
Each Kaleido (medicine) Box is hand packed by our dedicated team of pharmacists. Each sachet is checked multiple times prior to packing to ensure that there aren’t any packaging errors. In addition to this, we keep image records of each Kaleido Box that goes out to our customers to verify that no medication errors have occurred. Our Pharmacists are involved in every step of the medication packing and verification process.
