Yes, we can deliver the Kaleido Box (with medicines organized by dose, as per your prescription) in any state in India. Once you register on our website and upload your prescription, we'll process your order and send your customized Kaleido Box to you.
Typically, we deliver a new Kaleido Box with medicines every month. In some cases, we pack the Kaleido Box for customers from one doctor visit to the next. The service period can be customized to suit your needs. If you have an urgent request, give us a call, we’ll do our best to home deliver your medicines or supplements.
Once your Kaleido Box is organized, we'll choose an appropriate delivery method based on your preferred delivery location. We'll either use our own delivery agents or work with a delivery partner to home deliver your medicines. The medications are delivered in discreet, unmarked boxes. We’ll send you an email or text message so that you can track your shipment or give you a call before we step out to deliver your Kaleido Box.
Once payment is completed, it typically takes 5-7 days (depending on location) to receive your first Kaleido Box (medicine box) shipment. If you need medications while we are organizing your first Kaleido Box shipment, we recommed that you buy them at a local pharmacy or medical store. After your first box arrrives, you can rely on us to regularly re-fill your medicines. We’ll keep you updated on shipments via email.
