Shipping within India
We offer shipping for all purchases within India only. The delivery charges may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, shipping address and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are included as part of the subscription service charges specified and will be communicated to the customer before making payment. We shall ensure that your order reaches you within a period of 5 to 7 working days from the date of order or the selected start date of the prescription or the date of receipt of payment (depending on which is more pertinent).
We do not offer international shipping at the moment. But do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries in this regard.
Kaleido Health will consider the delivery failed in the event of the delivery being done to the wrong address, the recipient not being available or if the premises is locked. In case delivery cannot to effected due to unfavourable weather or other conditions such as bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.
Please note that delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstance. Kaleido Health will not be held responsible for damage of goods after delivery.
Returns & Refund Policy
We at Kaleido Health endeavour to meet the customers expectations and we assure you of maintaining the highest standards in the packaging of your personalised Kaleido Box. Once a Kaleido Box is delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per original order raised by the customer, there is no refund or exchange possible.
If any items are damaged or expired or not as per the customers original order, please contact our customer service team by email through the contact us link on the website. All such claims must be reported to the customer service on the day of delivery itself. Any such returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and the item must be in an unopened and saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer exchange or refunds on the Kaleido Box and its contents and the service offered by us is a personalized service. Postage and charges for return will not be refunded.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscription service and request a refund for the remaining subscription period. Our Policy for the subscription service cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current subscription service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
